Through interactive discussion and use of multimedia, this workshop focuses on assessment and management of acute behavioural disturbance. Interventions to de-escalate aggression will be discussed along with how to deliver safe care to those patients requiring sedation. This workshop is recognised as an ANZCA emergency response activity and eligible for CPD points. Pre-reading will be sent out in advance.
